Shipping & Returns

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays.  If you notice any mistake you might have made after purchase, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible so that we can address the problem.


U.S Shipping

All Orders are shipped using your choice of USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail within 1-2 business days. All orders will ship from our warehouse located in West Carrollton, Ohio.


International Shipping

All international orders will be shipped using either USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International. Orders ship within 1-2 business days of their purchase.

All shipments, unless specifically denoted, are curb-side shipments. All larger shipments, shipped via freight carrier, will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature. Ecosox cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur during delivery.

Should your package be returned to us because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, we will refund you for the order minus the original shipping fee.

Shipments outside the United States, may be subject to customs clearance charges or import duty. We do not set these charges and cannot control whether your package will be subject to such fees. Fees are determined by the authorities in the destination country.

Return Policy

EcoSox offers only quality products. That is why we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, we are aware that sometimes, for different reasons, you would like to return some items. Our priority is to make the procedure as simple as possible. If you are unsatisfied with an unused item, we will take the item back within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the price of the item including taxes, if applicable. Shipping charges are not refundable unless we have sent you an incorrect or defective item.


Exchange Policy

New merchandise may be exchanged for different sizes or styles within 30 days of purchase. Tags must still be attached, and the merchandise must be in new sale-able condition. Exchanges will be subject to re-shipment charges to cover shipping costs unless we have sent you an incorrect or defective item.


Returns and Exchange Instructions

You must contact us before returning or exchanging an item. Use the contact form to the right to notify us of your return shipment. Include your name, address, email address, and reason for returning or exchanging the product. This information will greatly help us expedite the process of issuing a refund or shipping out replacement goods.

You are responsible for correctly shipping items to us; you are responsible for making sure the package gets to us. Use delivery confirmation and insurance to cover any lost packages.
